Founded in 2014 by Phillip Immisch as a one-man, one-machine operation, Leader now proudly boasts a team of over 40 hand-picked employees, operating 50+ pieces of plant.
Phil leads a team of skilled and professional staff, who proudly deliver successful projects with meticulous attention to detail and hard-working ethic. Through long-reaching industry relationships and demonstrated delivery excellence, Phil has created a highly desirable working culture where we are able to attract and retain the best operators in the industry.
Phil is a motivated business leader, with extensive experience throughout the civil construction, mining and general earthmoving industry. From production and detailed operator roles, to management of large corporations and family-owned businesses, Phil has a wealth of machinery, supervisory and leadership experience
Andrew has 15+ years of civil construction experience, working on and supervising projects ranging between $20M-$1B. His experience ranges in managing operations such as bulk earthworks production fleets to detailed ground works with small plant and labour. With an exceptional record for running safe and productive operations, Andrew maintains qualifications in Cert 4 Civil Supervision, Cert 3 Bridge Construction and Front Line Leadership courses.
Corey has 17+ years of experience in civil construction and has worked on a variety of scale and disciple projects, both supervising and operating plant. Extremely motived and analytical in problem solving, Corey leads by example across all projects, with exceptional skills in project supervision and management. Successfully completed in Cert 4 Civil Supervision, Cert 3 Civil Construction and Cert 3 Bridge Construction, Corey is also qualified to operate most varieties of plant.
